Carnegie Learning has core math curriculum solutions for middle school and high school. The Middle and High School Math Solutions combine write-in consumable textbooks and intelligent 1-to-1 tutoring software into a blended learning solution. The Middle School Math Solution is for grades 6, 7, 8 and Algebra I. The High School Math Solution includes Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II (Traditional Pathway) and Integrated Math I, II, and III (Integrated Pathway).

Acquisition by private investors

On November 06, 2015, the Apollo Education Group, Inc., signed an agreement for a group of Chicago-based investors with deep K-12 education experience to acquire Carnegie Learning, Inc.

Acquisition by Apollo Group

On August 2, 2011, The Apollo Group announce their intent to acquire Carnegie Learning for $75 million. The Apollo Group also acquired related technology from Carnegie Mellon University for $21.5 million paid over a period of ten years. The transaction was completed in September 2011.

Carnegie Learning retained its name and its offices in the Frick Building in Pittsburgh.
